Simplicity 4695; ca. 1940s or 50s; Boy's Beach Shirt and Swim Shorts - Father and Son Fashion: Swim shorts are lined and have elastic at the waist. A pointed flap buttons to the shorts over a side front pocket. The shirt has a shoulder yoke, a pointed collar and an opening at the lower edge at the sides. View 1 shirt features breast pockets. View 2 shorts, of contrasting fabric, may be trimmed with braid over the side seams. Shirt front has pockets at the lower edge.
